RATES:
 
  MAIN HOUSE:         November 1 - April 30         $250 per night + applicable taxes*
                                              May 1 - October 31              $300 per night + applicable taxes*
 
   TENNIS SUITE:       November 1 - April 30         $175 per night + applicable taxes*
                                May 1 - October 31             $225 per night + applicable taxes*
 
 
COMBO RATES:   Rent both cottages and pay $450 per night + taxes in high season, $375 plus taxes in low season.
 
WEEKLY DISCOUNTS:  20% weekly discount offered on single cottage rental (cannot be combined with combo rates).
 
 
* Until June 30, 2010 taxes are 5% GST.  As of July 1, 2010, applicable tax rates will change to 13% HST 
 
 

Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee your reservation with balance payable upon check-in. Deposit, less a $10 handling fee, will be returned if cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to arrival date.
Deposit will not be returned if cancellation is less than 7 days prior to arrival date unless the cottage is rebooked. Any costs in re-renting the cottage will be charged. Total payment is due if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date unless the cottage is rebooked.
